Understanding, Preventing and Healing Diastasis Recti

Whether you are 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years postpartum or maybe you are currently expecting or never been pregnant before and would like to learn more about female abdominal muscles this workshop is for you.
In this workshop you will learn:
• Brief anatomy of the female abdominal muscles
• The causes and implications of Diastasis Recti
• Self test for Diastasis Recti
• Tools to improve abdominal tone and to prevent or reduce the separation by incorporating the practice of yoga in your daily routine.
The workshop will end with a brief discussion and handouts will be provided for you to take home. No prior yoga experience is required.
