This class is designed to increase mobility, teach movement awareness, and help train resilient tissue.

By combining self massage, joint training, stretching and isometric contractions, we stimulate the nervous system to grant us larger and controllable ranges of motion.

We work on assessing and training joint independence which can help lessen overuse by creating more movement at joints that aren’t moving enough while learning to move less at the joints that are moving too much.

The majority of class is spent on the floor. Please dress comfortably.

All attendees are eligible for a 25% discount on the first three individual sessions with Jessica.
