About our Whole Being Workshops and Services

Our quarterly Mindful Living Series are designed to help you raise consciousness through exploration of a variety of topics and practices that will transform the way you understand yourself and the world around you. Each workshop will open with a centering exercise followed by the introduction to the main topic, an exercise, and a facilitated discussion. The sessions will run 2-3 hours and are open to anyone.
