About the Mindful Living Series
This monthly series is designed to help you raise consciousness through exploration of a variety of topics and practices that will transform the way you understand yourself and the world around you. Each segment will open with a centering exercise followed by the introduction to the main topic, an exercise, and a facilitated discussion. The sessions will run 2-2.5 hours and are open to anyone. Below is a list of topics and themes for the series some of which will overlap.
