About the Mindful Living Series
This monthly series is designed to help us all raise consciousness through exploration of relevant topics together. WQe want to expand the way we understand ourselves and the world around us through exploration, experience, and discussion. The sessions run 2-2.5 hours, are open to anyone and with a structure that is flexible, every experience is unique as it is created by the people who show up. Below is a list of topics and themes which often overlap. Have a burning topic you want to explore? We love suggestions!

Mindful Living Series: Finding Solace in Transitions
WITH Maura Koutoujian, CHWC, Marta Granat, RYT, MSW & Katelyn Bahr, LCSW | Sunday, April 8th | 3:30-5:30pM PM
Every age and phase of life brings change – sometimes we actively choose change, sometimes it happens unexpectedly, and often we pass through multiple transitions within a day with minimal awareness.
In this 90-minute workshop we will give meaning to transition, uncover myths of how we transition through 'big" and "small" life events, and will develop physical practices to bring new light towards future transitions.
Through self-assessment, group discussion and participatory exercises this workshop will be an opportunity for each student to assess how they emotionally, mentally and physically move through transition. Students will also be lead through guided meditation and mindful movement practices to learn how to engage in change with an open and radiate heart.
