About our Mindful Living series
Our quarterly Mindful Living workshops are designed to help you raise consciousness through exploration of a variety of topics and practices that will transform the way you understand yourself and the world around you. Each workshop will open with a centering exercise followed by the introduction to the main topic, an exercise, and a facilitated discussion. The sessions will run 2-2.5 hours and are open to anyone. Below is a list of topics and themes for the series some of which will overlap.

Vital to this process is the understanding that by treating yourself with kindness and compassion while in pursuit of your goals, you can remain present and mindful, allowing you to take healthy action, even in difficult situations.
Maura is a life and wellbeing coach, and a motivational speaker. She has been trained in and certified by the Wellcoaches School of Coaching, a strength-based approach to stronger self-efficacy and change. She is also a Veriditas Trained Labyrinth Facilitator. Maura works closely with Marta Granat and Katelyn Stephens in co-creating and hosting Viva Prana’s ‘Mindful Living’ series.
