About Maura Koutoujian

Life, Wellbeing, Leadership Coach

Thoughtful conversations can generate empathy, learning, problem solving, motivation, and a sense of well-being. Transformational conversations take time, commitment, and trust. They take courage to let go of long held judgments and beliefs to further discover other possibilities.

Through empathy, active listening, kindness, and offering a safe environment, Maura creates that trusted space for thoughtful conversations that enable sustainable changes to flourish. Vital to this process is the understanding that by treating yourself with kindness and compassion while in pursuit of your goals, you can remain present and mindful, allowing you to take healthy action, even in difficult situations.

Maura is a life and wellbeing coach, and a motivational speaker. She has been trained in and certified by the Wellcoaches School of Coaching, a strength-based approach to stronger self-efficacy and change. She is also a Veriditas Trained Labyrinth Facilitator. Maura works closely with Marta Granat and Katelyn Stephens in co-creating and hosting Viva Prana’s ‘Mindful Living’ series.

Maura is available by appointment only. Please email us for further details on appointment availability and rates.
